USE
Use: the three stages (taping, filling, finishing) must be carried out separately and complied with in accordance with DTU 25-41.
Bazooka: fill the reservoir with the appropriate pump and then apply according to the standard protocol.
Airless sprayer: spray horizontally, standing 20-30 cm away from the substrate. Recommended nozzles: 531 to 535, approx. 100 bar. The airless pump must be fitted with stainless steel balls.
After an initial vertical spray inside the shoulders of the sheets, stretch the tape out along the joint and bed it into the compound using a taping knife. N.B. avoid over-tightening the tape to prevent any risk of bubbling.
After drying, cover the entire surface with a second (filling) coat, using a taping knife to create a smooth finish. Smoothing and skimming: spray with a 627 nozzle and then smooth over with a knife.
Warning: when the product is applied in hot weather, it may dry quickly on the surface. It is advisable to tape the joint quickly after applying the compound to prevent any tape adhesion problems.
Dilution: by bazooka: we recommend the addition of ½ litre of water per 20 kg bucket.
By banjo: add 1.5 litre of water per 20 kg bucket. Clean tools with water.
