Every year, SEMIN markets 5 to 10 new products and as many improvements to its formulas. SEMIN has a research and development laboratory with a staff of 20.
SEMIN works to create products that are easier and faster to use in order to reduce time spent on construction sites, and to make as many products as possible available to customers.
Gamme 99.
In several ways, the products in the gamme 99. are market innovators.
They are manufactured in France and are made up of 99.2% natural materials such as natural plaster, marble powder, starch, cellulose, and clay. 96% of these raw materials are French, and 100% are European. These requirements allow for cleaner indoor air with very low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions.

SEMIN 2 EN 1 G&L
SEMIN 2 in 1 is an AIRLESS filling and smoothing compound, which can be applied manually or mechanically. It has an application thickness of up to 4 mm and a very nice finish; it is a high-quality product. Made in France and stored in buckets made of recycled plastic.

FIRE RATED ACCESS HATCHES
The new range of SEMIN fire rated hatches is certified by the CSTB. The range consists of fire rated wall hatches and fire rated ceiling hatches.
These high performance products are an economical solution for technical duct walls with fire protection. Their peripheral lip seal blocks the penetration of smoke. Wall hatches are available in 30 minutes and 60 minutes fire stops. Ceiling hatches are available in 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, and 120 minutes fire stops.

Ready to use and lightweight, SEM-LIGHT makes filling and smoothing work easy. Non-shrinking, applied in one pass, and quick-drying, it allows for faster covering and saves time on the worksite.

SUSTAINABLE R8 ACCESS HATCH
The new R8 access hatch has understood everything about its time, demonstrating SEMIN's commitment to a more responsible approach.
It offers unequalled technical performance with an R-value of 8.24 (+0.11 compared to the old R8), thus reducing energy costs. Its packaging is made of 100% recycled and recyclable cardboard, reduced by 50%, for a more ecological logistic solution (50t of CO2 saved/year). The steel finish is more qualitative than plastic. Eligible for MaPrimeRénov'.

SEMIN is concerned about painters' well-being. The group has developed bags that are lighter, have a handle, are suitable for small sites, and are odourless.
