SUBSTRATE PREPARATION
The substrates must be clean, sound, dust-free, and free of all traces of oil.
Scrape off any unsound or poorly adhering materials.
Wet the substrates if they are hot or when the application temperature is high.

MIXING RATIO
Pour 1 part cement or plaster into 2 parts compound.
Mix, preferably with a mechanical mixer at slow speed.
